  1. Hi everyone!

I became a youth worker sort of by accident! My background is in campaigning and advocacy work, so I applied to work with UK Youth in a policy role. In the role, I complete policy consultations and campaigning work with young people – but due to the nature of young people from youth clubs and organisations facing multiple barriers, a high degree of youth work in also included in the job. I love supporting young people to aim high and achieve things they never thought they could do!
